Eva has over 15 years resource management experience, specialising in the development of programmes, policies and initiatives which support sustainable, long term change, including The Matrix catchment nitrogen calculator tool, Advanced Mitigation auditing framework and development of wrap-around extension programmes which support farmers in their journey of continuous improvement.

With many years’ experience as both a farmer and consultant, Richard has a passion for innovative and sustainable practices that bolster the community, and strengthen the local agri-sector for the future.  Alongside his farm business and governance roles, Richard is employed part time as GM of ECL, bringing a wealth of industry experience in farmer innovation adoption, practice change and engagement, and business management, and his appointment reflects Enviro Collective’s desire to continue delivering greater value to our farmers and our industry partners.

Georgina has recently graduated from Lincoln University. Growing up in North Canterbury, Georgina has helped out on her family’s dryland sheep and beef lease property since a young age and has also worked a harvest on a mixed cropping property in Mid-Canterbury. Now as our newest team member, Georgina is keen to continue learning about different farming systems and work with farmers to help achieve better environmental outcomes for their businesses.
